If you are looking to increase your speed, strength, agility, and power then Elite Training Performance is the place for you. I focus on training the athlete in their realm. This program is specifically designed to increase movements that will relate to you on the field. We will do movements and power actions that will build your core strength and increase your speed. Running mechanics will be covered and implemented. Rotational strength and explosiveness will increase the athlete’s stability and force production. The program has four phases for each workout (lasting one hour). 1. Active Dynamic Warm-up 2. Movement activities (speed, power, agility, rotational strength and stability, balance, coordination) 3. Core stability and strength 4. Cool down. Each of these phases will be covered in each session. It is my goal with this training program to increase your sprinting skills, agility movements, core strength, rotational power, balance, reduce injuries, and overall athleticism. Specific work will be done to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles and decrease potential injuries.
