Speed Camps

 

If you are looking to increase your acceleration, top end speed, agility, and power then Elite Training Performance is the place for you.   I focus on training the athlete in their realm. This program is specifically designed to increase your movements that will relate to you on the field. We will do running mechanics and power actions that will increase your speed. Running mechanics for acceleration, top end speed, and agility will be the focus of each session. The program has four phases for each workout.   1. Active Dynamic Warm-up 2. Movement activities (speed, power, agility, acceleration mechanics, maximum velocity mechanics) 3. Core stability and strength 4. Cool down.   It is my goal with this training program to increase your sprinting skills, agility movements, core strength, top end speed, and overall athleticism. The Speed Camp will consist of a 6 week program (12 sessions), 2 days per week for 1.5 hours each day. Each day there will be a concentration on a different aspect of training.
