If you are looking to increase your explosive power, jumping ability, strength, and agility, then Elite Training Performance is the place for you. I focus on training the athlete in their realm. This program is specifically designed to increase your movements that will relate to you on the court. We will do movements and power actions that will build your core strength and increase your explosiveness. Rotational strength and explosiveness will increase the athlete’s stability and force production. The program has four phases for each workout. 1. Active Dynamic Warm-up 2. Movement activities (corrective exercises, jumping movements, plyometrics, explosive power, agility, rotational strength and stability, balance, coordination) 3. Core stability and strength 4. Cool down. Each of these phases will be covered in each session. It is my goal with this training program to increase your jumping skills, agility movements, core strength, rotational power, balance, and overall athleticism. Specific work will be done to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles for increased ball striking power as well as decrease potential injuries in the shoulder and throughout the body.
