If you are looking to increase your speed, strength, agility, and power then Elite Training Performance is the place for you.  I focus on training the athlete in their realm. This program is specifically designed to increase your movements that will relate to you. We will do movements and power actions that will build your core strength and increase your force production. Rotational strength and explosiveness will increase the athlete’s stability and force production. The program has four phases for each workout.   1. Active Dynamic Warm-up 2. Movement activities (power, agility, rotational strength and stability, balance, coordination, force production) 3. Core stability and strength 4. Cool down.   Each of these phases will be covered in each session. It is my goal with this training program to increase your force production, jump height, core strength, rotational power, balance, and overall athleticism. Specific work will be done to increase muscle development and muscle contraction rates as well as increase your ability to land in an athletic position and decrease injuries. This program will target movements specific to cheerleading including jumps, force production, stability, cardiovascular fitness, and explosiveness.
