If you are looking to increase your endurance, core strength, balance, flexibility, lose weight, postural corrections, and improve your overall wellness than E.L.I.T.E. Training Performance is the place for you. I focus on training all systems of the body, strength (muscle gain), endurance, flexibility, posture, and decreasing your potential for injuries and health risks. This program will get you feeling better not only about yourself, but improve your health at the same time.
To achieve these goals the program will begin with an Active Dynamic Warm-up for increased thermogenics (warming of the muscles) which will allow you to have a greater flexibility and move more freely through your range of motion in the joints as well as activate the muscles that will be used in the session. It will move into movement activities that will focus on strengthening muscles and joint stability, tone muscle groups, and burn calories to lose weight. Aerobic work will be incorporated with circuit training. Emphasis will be on correcting imbalances within the body and making the body more efficient for completing exercises. Problem areas will be targeted and corrective work will be addressed to solve these imbalances. Core stability will be a main component of the workout as all movements and stabilization move through the center of the body. These will be incorporated into the program throughout the session. The final part of the program the cool down will work to increase flexibility and achieve a relaxed state in the muscles.
Each phase will be covered in every session and will prove to make this the program that fits your needs and allows you to achieve your goals. It is my goal with this program to increase your overall wellness and improve your health.
