
If you are looking to increase your speed, strength, and power then Elite Training Performance is the place for you. I focus on training the athlete in their realm. This program is specifically designed to increase your movements that will relate to you in gymnastics. Gymnastics requires many different talents to be utilized. Vertical power, rotational strength, stability, balance, body alignment, flexibility, and injury prevention will be keys in the training program. The program has four phases for each workout. 1. Active Dynamic Warm-up 2. Movement activities (power, strength, rotational strength, leg development, vertical power, conditioning) 3. Core stability and strength 4. Cool down. Each of these phases will be covered in each session. It is my goal with this training program to increase your rotational strength and speed, balance, coordination, body control, core strength and stability, conditioning, along with corrective exercises that will reduce the potential for injury.
